Salvador has a BA in Business Administration and obtained a diploma for the AD2 Program for CEOs at the IPADE Business School during 1995-1996. In the summer of 2009 he participated in Harvard Business School in the “managing Professional Service Firms” program. He is certified by several international organizations as an Evaluator and Consultant on leadership issues.

Cynthia Kaplan

Native of Boston, Massachusetts, (USA) Cynthia has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and business development and marketing. Cynthia is a Delta Top Talent Consultant, for clients in diverse industries including energy, automotive, chemical, and self-service; attracting Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean to the best multilingual and multicultural executive talent.

Cynthia’s experience in the consulting industry has been formed by working for two of the leading international companies in risk management Kroll, and then Control Risks, from 1988 to 1990 she worked in Osaka, Japan, for a major Japanese company, SUNSTAR, of manufacture and supply of the automotive, chemical and construction industry.

Gerardo Martínez

Gerardo is a partner in Delta Top Talent, a specialist in solutions, leadership projects and evaluation and development of work teams. He worked for eight years as a Senior Consultant in Development Dimensions International (DDI), managing evaluation projects for Executives and Leaders of different global companies in Mexico and Latin America through the application of the Assessment Center as well as the use of tools in the areas of Selection, Development and Leadership.

He has been a member of various associations of Human Resources such as ARITAC, AMEDIRH and the Labor Relations Committee of ANIQ. Gerardo studied Industrial Relations at the University of Guanajuato, has a postgraduate degree in Administration from La Salle University, and a Specialty in Human Resource Management from Cornell University.

José Arturo Aguilar

Arturo Aguilar is a Consultant Partner at Delta Top Talent, specialized in the automotive sector, contributing his experience in attracting Talent from executive talent, and applying strategies to improve selection processes, detecting the best executive talent, implementing strategic solutions in various industries achieving a high increase in profitability.

For the year 2009, he assumed the Vice Presidency of Human Resources at Bridgestone, where he is responsible at a Latin American level in the HR area, since the creation of “Share Services”, merger of companies, automation and standardization of HR processes. With the Board of Directors he manages Bridgestone to be considered in the Top 10 best companies to work in Latin America.

Lourdes Faisal

Lourdes Faisal is an Associate at Delta Top Talent, a firm specialized in the Search, Evaluation and Training of high level executives.

He started his professional career in Grupo Desc (Hoy KUO), working for 17 years in different corporate areas such as Environmental Control, Quality and Human Resources. Later, he carried out the work of Director of Organizational Development in the transport and messaging company ADO Group, attending strategies for the evaluation and development of talent for the purposes of executive succession.

Lourdes is an Environmental Engineer, among her graduates she has one in Organizational Development from the Ibero-American University. He obtained a diploma for the AD1 Program at the IPADE Business School during 2000 – 2001. He has been certified by the International Coaching Community (ICC) as an Ontological Coach since 2002 and during the years 2013 and 2016 he made certifications as a consultant.
